I also picked up a small box of gooseberries. Not sure what I’m going to do with them, if all else fails I’ll just eat them as is. Ideas?

You could make a nice sauce for pork or lamb or the like… I’d suggest a crumble or chutney, but it doesn’t seem you have enough. :/
